How the prestressed Concrete Pipe is made

A PSC Pipes is a concrete pipe which adopts wall thickness, circumferential and longitudinal prestress to ensure freedom from tensile stress in the core pipe. We manufacture pipes from diameter 300 mm to 1500 mm. Currently , we have bagged an order to supply pipes of diameter 1800 mm and 2100 mm respectively.

Sewarage

We manufacture high quality concrete pipe popularly known as hume pipe. Our pipes comply to ISI standards. Currently, we manufacture pipes from diameter 200mm to 3000mm. We also do sewerage projects involving supplying and laying of RCC Pipes, Manholes and Chambers.

Trenchless Works

Horizontal directional drilling machine (HHD) is used for installation of cables as well as pipes of steels and Plastic under streets, rivers, drains, highways, railways without any digging and disturbance to traffic and Pedestrians.
It has tremendous edge over conventional method.
of installation of cables & pipes by digging, This “ NO DIG” method or trenchless technology helps to avoid cutting of roads,Highways and streets adding convenience to the passing vehicular and pedestrian traffic as well as ruling out possibilities of accidents. Moreover it provides saving in terms of cost of repairing to the damaged ground surface be it roads, highways or railways.Rivers and drains are crossed easily and aesthetically under their bed without the need of making separate bridges for pipelines. The machine can install pipes up to 200 metres length in a day having size of 350 mm dia.
This technology is now widely used in India by all the public utility laying authorities Viz Deptt. of Telecom, Gas authority of India Ltd., Indian Oil Corpn., Maha Nagar telephone Nigam Ltd., Public works Deptt., Delhi Jal Board, U.P.Jal Nigam, Internet service providers like Reliance, ZEE TV, HFCL Ounjj Lloyd. NBCC is also executing trenchless projects. The ownership of machine is a prerequisite for considering of issue of tenders and work orders by these dept.
